SIN, FORGIVENESS, AUTHORITY.
Sin does not affect your authority in Christ. You ARE FORGIVEN. Put that authority to work no matter what. It will work. forget Satan and ignorant men's accusations and keep growing.
They only want to turn your attention away from the Christ in you on whom your authority is based to your shortcomings that have nothing to do with your authority in Christ.
When Christ rose from death, he announced this authority in Matthew 28:18-20 and it was and still based on his finished work not on whether you sinned or not. Fast or not. Pray or not. Read scriptures or not.
(Prayers, scripture reading only help you to know this authority)
Your sins does not affect this authority because you were forgiven and given this authority while you were STILL A SINNER.
Question : should people therefore keep sinning since their authority is intact despite their sins ?
ANSWER : No one who is born again enjoys sin again. If you enjoys sins, you are not born again. Get born again !
The reason for this post is to turn your eyes away from your limitations TO THE CHRIST IN YOU who is your authority.
To the extent that even if you fall into sin for whatever reason, you CAN STILL USED YOUR AUTHORITY IN CHRIST.
IT WILL WORK WITHOUT LIMITATIONS !
Read first and second Corinthians.
They were the most sinful churches in Bible days yet the most power demonstrating Church of the new testament writings.
Their sins NEVER AFFECTED THEIR AUTHORITY. WHY ?
They were forgiven before they sinned. Just like you. "Where sin increase, Grace much more increase"
If you are in Christ, your authority over demons, circumstances, earth is intact no matter what you do.
That's radical, but that's scripture !
Put that authority to use while you keep growing away from those bad attitudes.
Your authority was vested on you as born again and will remain forever but the fruits of the spirit of Galatians 5 which controls character, takes a while to develop.
Keep using your authority no matter your present character state.
You are forgiven PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE.
Your AUTHORITY IN CHRIST JESUS is not affected by your good or bad characters.
Put those devils to flight even if you have sinned. Samson pulled a gate up just after fornication in the old covenant.
Grace in Hebrews 11 called Sampson FAITHFUL. RIGHTEOUS.
Blessed, powerful Sampson !
This is the freedom and power of the new creation.
Christ in us is our power, independent of our actions and inaction. Sins or no sin.
ONLY LET US SPEAK. IT WILL BE DONE.
The Holy Spirit will put it through.
Our angels will work it out.
DUNAMIS goes to work at our words.
This is the POWER OF GOD IN US.
